Here we break it down into the two parts of Research & Development.

PHASE 1. RESEARCH: Once the concept has been decided, we work with the restaurant owner/operator to do research.   JK Consulting will go with you to similar or different restaurants to your concept so that we can see what excites you and what you would like to have at your restaurant.

PHASE 2. DEVELOPMENT:  JK Consulting will the put together a proposed menu based on the research.  We will take into account your desired food cost and profit.  Once approved, we will start to test our recipes in our kitchen.  After we are pleased with the results, we will then present them to you.  Our menu items will be bursting with flavor and have eye-catching plate presentations.
