Our expertise is in developing highly effective operational systems, management procedures, hospitality services, staff training, beverage, menu and mystery shopping programs. Jason Kaplan is the CEO of JK Consulting, a full service restaurant consulting firm. He has earned an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts, a Bachelors of Science Degree in Food Service Management from Johnson and Wales University, Rhode Island, and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College. Jason has worked for The Smith & Wollensky Group, Restaurant Associates/ Patina Group & Le Meridien Hotel Group and many more. He resides in New York, NY.
